This diet plan produces such an effect which helps in alkalizing. Everybody knows that foods have residues, among them there are acids and alkaline. Almost all the foods release bicarbonate into blood after being digested and metabolized. This Western diet has become acid producing, because the consumption of fresh vegetables and fruit has decreased. The normal ph level is between 7.35 and 7.45. All kinds of diet have to reflect the ph level and have to be alkaline. You have to pay attention at the diet plans, because a diet wealth in acid producing foods disrupt the balance, and promotes the potassium, calcium, sodium and magnesium level. The shift of the acid producing diet causes some chronic diseases. If persons suffer from so, me of the symptoms, the alkaline diet is recommended. The symptoms are nasal congestion, lack of energy, headache, ovarian cysts, benign breast cysts, anxiety, irritability, frequent colds and flu, excessive mucous production.

Some doctors don’t believe that an acid producing diet can cause chronic illness, but others do believe that the increase level of fruit and vegetables’ consumption and the reducing the meat intake and refined grains are healthy. The alkaline diet can prevent the formation of calcium kidney stones and osteoporosis.

The alkaline diet as you have seen is very healthy and can prevent the body from many diseases. The decision depends on you, if you want to live healthy, fresh and always teenage you can do it by this weight loss program. It is also useful to lose weight.
